Our Founder, Tan Sri Sow Chin Chuan first ventured into Construction business by completing the Al-Azim Mosque (Expansion) Package in the 1990s.

He then took over Shantawood Sdn Bhd ("SSB") in 1996 and turned it into a world class rubberwood furniture manufacturer, exporting to more than 100 countries around the world.

With the transformation, SSB was successfully listed on Second Board of Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 August 2004, and was transferred to Main Board a year later on 09 November 2005.

DPS Resources Berhad is an investment holding company. The subsidiaries of DPS Resources Berhad, Shantawood Sdn Bhd and a dedicated property management company {"PMC"), Shantawood Property Management Sdn Bhd. DPS's revenue and profits are mainly generated from three main activities, namely: investment holding, manufacturing and trading of furniture and property development.

In the year of 2015, DPS Resources Berhad had successfully diversified from Consumer to Property Development counter in Bursa Malaysia. I was appointed as the Managing Director of DPS Resources Berhad in July 2015.

As a property developer we were in the size of a mosquito but after 7 years of hard work and effort, the DPS groups of companies had successfully acquired and secured join venture projects of more than 500 acres of strategic land bank throughout Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, and Klang Valley with the estimate total Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM2.5billion.

We are also extending our expansion other than the Property Development to:-

• Construction with development of IBS system
• Large Scale Solar Farm (LSS), Bio-green with aquaponics
• Factory, warehouse, commercial building rental with comprehensive services
