The company was initially listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia on 12 August 2004, before being upgraded to the Main Board on 9 November 2005.

The Group’s business began as a small contractor specializing in renovation and tiling works. Over the years, it has expanded its operations to include timber merchant services, sawmilling, manufacturing door and window frames, and producing fiber water tanks. Additionally, the Group holds a Gangnail license as a fabricator of timber roof trusses. Our diverse portfolio now encompasses furniture manufacturing for export, civil engineering and construction, property development, logging, hotels owner, plantations, Assets Management Rental with Comprehensive Services , recycling industries, renewable energy, and AI data centers.
